Mozilla is on a schedule..
and it wasn't long ago they and Chrome updated on my PC. It is hard for me to keep up with all the unpatched vulns on IE, as their are so many of them. I think PSI only generally tracks the more serious ones.

It was good to see the flash update, as it hasn't been working on my 32 bit IE8 browser. Now it is working about 60% of the time. I did the 'Fix-it' on what I believe is the active vuln you mention. At least I'll get a warning now, if malware try that avenue.
