Report Offensive Message

Sadly, it did come down to the deadline. I got to play for a few days while the user was out of the office but eventually had to go for effectiveness over science and nuke/pave. I did consider buying a fresh hard drive and cloning the system before reinstall. If I knew my AV provider that closely and could confirm no sensitive information on the drive, I'd even have considered just sending it on to them; maybe get new signatures more promptly or such to detect it.
