Not sure what your response has to do with this thread, but I will respond. The foreclosure business is not pretty and not something to be proud of, but it is necessary. That said, it is my job to build an application that ensures the foreclosure is carried out legally and properly. My worst nightmare is for the wrong person to be evicted, or to be evicted after they made a payment because of a bug in our application. This is why there is no margin for error. People's homes and lives are at stake in our business. This is not something I take lightly.
