There are a few other apps in the Marketplace that are similar, the kinds of "puzzles with girls in bikinis" kinds of things, for example. I would check out the Marketplace (you can use Bing Visual Search, the Zune software, and possibly a Web site too) and see if other apps that have been approved are similar in content to your app. Unfortunately, the folks in the forum (and the tech support) refuse to answer questions like, "my app will do XYZ, will it be accepted?" so if it is a borderline case, the only way to know for sure is to try it.
