I'm a programmers and a database designer amongst other things, the tools I've used to apply the skills recently...

Can't be viewed properly becauuse the big boys would lose shed loads of money from training and certification in the next version.

It's also the reason you see job descriptions with garbage like 5 years experience in VS 2010...
