Important for everyone
I think these improvements are useful to everyone, sure. But your article's title implies that it will have a direct impact specifically on enterprise admins, which is a small subset of everyone. It's like saying "The app store will be a huge boon to those with a beard." While maybe technically true, it's equally useful to bare-chins. So again, the title sparks interest in soup-catchers, who are then let down to find out it really has nothing in particular to do with protein curtains at all.

Enterprise admins are not going to use the App Store. They are going to publish apps, and their updates, internally. iTunes and the App Store are made for individuals. They are usually limited (if not disabled) by EA's because of the potential for abuse.

Maybe you're thinking of small business admins or maybe consultants? The App Store would make it much easier in the sense that you won't be fighting malware, or explaining detailed update procedures. Though, as a consultant, that's arguably your bread and butter.

But in a network of 100+ hosts, or >1 sites, a data center, an "IT Department", or anything else that signifies a real, fiscal budget for this kind of thing... No, we're not jumping up and down because users can tile their open windows another way.

Sorry, man. Apple isn't focused on the business market. Useful within, sure. But not targeted. Which is too bad. I am really starting to hate the fact that Exchange and SharePoint and Active Directory are the only real option.
