Restriction of service/cancellation hurdles/ lack of phone support
???Yesterday I upgraded a couple of times and on the same day the account was restricted, so I can't get in to close it myself or go to the resolution center. I found out my account was restricted when signing in yet no explanation was provided to me. This is most ungracious and a shocking display of unprofessional behavior. To close the account, I am having to send a registered letter to their legal department since they offer no phone support and since I cannot get onto my page to go to settings. I am asking they refund the monies charged since I was restricted me from using the services on the same day I upgraded.My account might have been restricted because I complained a couple of times via my updates about the fact that they are posting Linked In Today (big illustrated news panels) on my home page without my permission. I made so bold as to say this was an abuse of privacy and that they were hacking into my space and abusing my patronage. Unlike other news from contacts, there is no way to delete or hide theirs...I'd like to know if others have had this problem and if members have any reasonable recourse against this, even though I am now unable to see my page and am going to be closing my account.
