would be an excellent project for Watson.
But, not control, like some governments would like to have.

or port an existing system, you could indeed have an insanely intelligent router.
Watson didn't manage its money well. I watched. Its sole advantages were in its extensive knowledge database and ability to hit the button that allowed it to question the answer faster than the human players.

In the 1990's, we listened to IBM try to tout their Oil and Gas A.I. software as "the solution to oil exploration". In 2000, IBM said A.I. was solution to Wall Street trading woes. My response to Watson is; oh please, just give it a rest.
did recognize the generated voice by "watson", conutations sounded similar to ex-contestent on previous Jeopardy episodes 'Terry'.
I think the next step would be to program watson into a know-it-all belligerent drunk, with an emphasis on needlessly antagonizing people. Human kind has tried for eons to perfect this role yet still has a million years of evolution to go before we become the perfect A-h0le.
I think that in an era of inter-networking and globalization, Watson is a plus. It should be looked into using Watson as a security feature for cyber crimes. Network Security Engineers would need to learn to understand the functionality and use of it while also gaining more knowledge themselves.
There may be an algorhytm to your thought.....the answers seem to have been generated from "TERRY",an ex-contestant who participated on previously aired Jeopardy episodes and eventually lost the reining position during a questionable 'Final Jeopardy' segment.
