As it is a service pack, it is normal to see updates for the languages as well. Language packs won't show up in Home Premium and [I think] Pro editions.

The progress bar is always misleading in service packs. Sites at maybe 15% and then speeds up. [Remember XP SP3? Sat at the "cleanup" stage forever and that would be at 100%.]
