I was expecting to see lack of job security make the top 10 list. While some I/T professionals are secure, many of us are constantly looking over our shoulders as our employers move to a model that has ever advancing targets for the percentage of the I/T workforce that is "globally sourced". Most of my peers are seeing jobs sent to other countries and to remote work silos at steady or increasing rates. Some shops are down to just a skeleton crew on-site.
