I've been working in IT for 23 years from multi-billion $ corporations to universities and small biz on staff and as a consultant. It is not fun out there at all especially over the last 2.5 years. So, I've certified as an executive leadership trainer and coach taking all those years of IT experience and management with me to develop better 'C' level leaders in a transformational process when businesses 'get stuck', need to reinvent themselves or need cohesion in their work environment. Lots of possibilities are there and I'm stoked about this new type of work.
