Grind
You hit it right on the head with the comment that the company considers us an expense rather then an asset.
When experienced people leave the company then the new and less experienced people must pick up the slack and then the grind sets in for everyone and management could not care less. I have heard some on the support people talking about the 60 and 70 hour week they worked and they have no idea how to do the work more smartly. ITIL and CISSP what a joke.
