Preface: I'm some what of an Apple fanboy. The iPad 2 wins for me because it's the best media consumption device there is and that's what all current tablets are about. Even though simple video, music, and photo editing is possible on current tablets I think they are 2-3 years from being serious laptop replacements. That means tablets are for consumption. The simple and stable environment of the iPad can't be beat right now. Like it or not-there is an app for that, and that, and that too. Right now there's just a nice shinny Android tablet.
