In my transition, I have had little success thus far, however it is hard for me to believe that the easiest follow-up is not completed. Job searchers need to follow through more than ever. A simple e-mail thank-you within 24 hours could make or break the next interview.

Excellent article! It's all about research, confidence, knowing how your strengths can help a company solve a problem, and getting out to network in person! This is a great list for any job seeker.
