This list is something everyone in our profession should show to whomever they report to. Not only does it bring to light the subtle ways that we deal with the end user (be they co-workers or students) but also some of the "behind the scenes" acticities that we MUST keep up with just to keep "their Outlook accounts running smoothly" not to mention just being able to log on to hit the internet, access home directories, etc.
