Too much immigration.

There can no longer be a legitimate case proposed by business that there is not enough talent in the US, thus opening the floodgates for more H1BVisas. If anything it should be reduced or eliminated until the US unemployment rate is gone.

I believe that you are incorrect about employing an H-1B Visa holder.

An H-1B Visa is dependent upon a Labor Certification which has been authorized for a specific job description and at a specific job location. This follows a period during which the LC sponsor must justify to the Labor Department (or whatever they are called now) that they have made a genuine and concentrated effort to find a suitably qualified, able and willing U.S. Person (i.e. Citizen or Legal resident) to fill the position and have been unable to do so. The position must also be advertised at current market rates for that job position.

The H-1B Visa holder is authorized for employment ONLY by the Company and in the Job Position that the Labor Certification was obtained for. If the Company changes ownership or name then the H-1B Visa holder may be inelligible for the position that they currently hold.

I agree with the first comment that you would probably have a hard time justifying the fact that you are unable to find a suitably qualified U.S. Person at the current time.

This is comment from a U.S. Citizen who came here under the H-1B Visa program 13 years ago!!
