my IBM server window is crash. i want to installed fresh server window 2003 on it but when server boot operating system CD it run well but window did not fully install on it.
Use DBAN or Active@Killdisk (freely available on the internet) to give the drive a decent wipe before partitioning, formatting and installing Windows.
Make sure you have at least all the drivers necessary to get Windows installed if your 2003 disk does not contain them.

Do you have the proper drivers for you hardware? Are they included in the basic Windows installation, or do you need them from IBM?
I can only offer very generic guesses to "did not fully install".
P.S., you don't need additional partitioning utilities, Windows setup should offer you to chose partitioning and formatting.

with your proper guide line my problem is solved. actually my server is IBM
xseries 632. for this server some driver CDs needed which is install before window server 2003. so i installed that drivers first and after that my window is installed.
thanks for your cooperation.
