I am not so sure that at least 50% of the iPad purchasers are buying it for business. It's certainly not true at my work (BioTech). I know of 10 people at my work who have iPads. Only one of them brings it to work. 7 of the 10 people work in IT so if anyone would see a use for it at work, you would think it would be them.
Most of them call it what it is - a consumer device not an enterprise device and leave it at home.
