- A dedicated GPU
- The aluminum unibody (much nicer and sturdier than EVO)
- An improved camera (same megapixels but better quality)
- A much nicer display

I liked the EVO a lot (I ranked it the best Android device of 2010), but the ThunderBolt is a significant upgrade.
