The TB doesn't have the built in DRM to run the Netflix app AFAIK. Guess the article missed that. Bet you didn't know that the Netflix app is out there huh? Google it. Maybe you will get lucky but I don't think the Snapdragon has DRM. The article also failed to mention that likely this phone won't roam on any other LTE networks like Vodafone in the EU because it doesn't have the freqs. Yet another fumble like CDMA; essentially useless everywhere else.
