I do understand your frustration buddy. I've been there. I can almost certainly say that the problem is your resume if you are not getting interviews. You should at least be getting phone interviews. If your are getting interviews, your problem is not your resume. Might be your interview skills and communication.

With the years of experience as Desktop/Jr. Admin, your resume should definitely communicate some serious experience as admin and that will get you some calls. If that is not happening, you need some serious resume facelift. Good luck!
