Report Offensive Message

Is this thing on?
Apparently, TR will let me comment at the end of a discussion, but not in response to something someone else said. Dammit.

edit: I'm going to try posting right here the comment I meant to post above, since TR just keeps eating my commentary when I try adding it above.

Maybe ap90033 should be reading the MS Windows column instead of the Linux and Open Source column. It appears ap90033 has wandered into the wrong part of TechRepublic.

It is clear that ap90033 does not actually like Linux, or care for it at all. What, then, is the point of trying to get involved in discussion of a Linux-related article in the Linux and Open Source column? What ap90033 said is not only a clear demonstration of how little that person cares for the subject matter of this entire part of TechRepublic; it is also completely devoid of meaningful content. It does not contribute to discussion here. It does nothing but troll for flames, lowering the signal:noise ratio of discussion. It is, in short, destructive and pointless.

To people like ap90033: please do not clutter up discussion like this. If you are not interested in the subject matter here, do not read it; read something in the MS Windows column instead, which is sure to have information more to your liking if you think that only MS Windows can support any software you would ever use.
