Report Offensive Message

Sorry but I???ve been immersed in Windows for too long. My 2 month experience with a Mac desktop made me crazy. If it's effectively a floating window (as it appears to be), why can't I elect to connect it to the application window?

It makes no sense to me that UI programmers would force people to work in ???their??? paradigm in 2011. I hope there is a hidden option somewhere that will allow users the option to change this.

For all that people bitch about Microsoft, at least they make some attempts to provide some GUI compatibility (not always easy or perfect) with previous versions if it???s required.
