Sure, in the PC market, linux os is small potatoes. So what? I am a n00b when it comes to Linux, but until doing a full install & getting into it, I had no way of easily controlling my small public computer lab w/o shelling out thousands to MSFT. Now, I run an Edubuntu server & 9 thin clients using Dell PCs as thin clients. The Dells are so old that most people would throw them away, but they run hundreds of great apps that are NOT available in Windows environments (unless a linux programmer has made the modifications).
