Career Progression Guidance

Hello Seniors,
G'day to everyone from Australia. I think lot of juniors would have asked or are inquisitive to know where to head from there current positions.
I am currently working as a Jnr Network/System Admin for small firm at the moment (about 1.5 years). I have worked as IT Helpdesk/Desktop support for a year prior to it. Currently i am administering Windows 2003/2008/VMware ESX 4.0 Environment. I am in a kind of dilemma about my next step in career progression. My interests are Virtualization, Backup and Exchange Administration. So was confused Which Specific Specialization should i go for? Just for additional info. achievement of my current role includes Successful migration of Physical Infrastructure to Virtual Infrastructure. So i would like Seniors/Experienced Pros to point out + and - of my interests and any other suggestions will be appreciated.
