Rectify the situation`
After admitting any wrong doing and accepting blame, I try to seek ways to rectify the situation. If the customer has a legitimate complaint, and you want to keep them as a client, you should use any reasonable means to try to satisfy them. It costs exponentially more to obtain a new customer than to keep an existing one.
