I have a neighbor who hovered over me making non-stop suggestions and ask me about things which, while computer related had nothing to do w/ the current problem. I'm sure he caused the problem, because I've seen him randomly changing configuration settings which he had no idea what they did and he didn't bother to write down the original setting and change them back.
