I think the generally accepted definition of a laptop, is a mobile computing device that is equivilent to a desktop computer. It seems to me that the light-duty processor, no optical drive, small screen, local storage (size?) and memory, put it squarly in the netbook category. There is also the fact the primary purpose of this device is to interact with the "net".
