We're developing an app for clinicians that allows them to do patient interviews, neurological exams, and access lab records. The neuro exam is based on the patient being able to draw images such as a 3-d cube. The notes, neuro exams and scores, etc are then uploaded to the database, which is web accessible.

It's not one thing the iPad does, it's the integration of all functionalities and user-friendliness. Patients aren't scared of it, and the clinicians love immediate access to medical data and not having to transcribe notes.
