Why not download the Rove Mobile Admin client. For free you get SSH, Telnet, RDP and VT100. (available on iPhone as well). Thousands using it.

As for me vSSH is the best for both iPad and iPhone

The newest SSH Client for iPad and iPhone is pretty slick - full SSH v1, v2, SSH Agent, Agent Forwarding, Fully scriptable, Dropbox support and lets you share the terminal window with another person over the web. Prompt is nice - has a good UI but is very feature limited, whereas iSSH seems a bit confused to me and goes slower and slower - the VNC stuff is good though. For pure terminal client RapidSSH is best - and cheap too!
