You neglected to include the Outlook shutdown add-in to your list. This is an absolute must have if Outlook won't shutdown properly, and saves you from having to wipe your drive and reinstall all of your software.

Your list would also have been more effective if you had limited the Outlook add-ins to free solutions, not everyone can afford to buy stuff especially in this economy.

Another add-in that you didn't put on the list (if it's available) is an add-in that automatically sorts mail rules alphabetically, which is a huge shortcoming in Outlook.
