Another great productivity Outlook AddOn is i-Read-it ( www.i-read-it.com). It prevents Outlook from marking emails as read UNTIL you click the I-Read-It button (I have a tendency to go through emails and then forget to reply to one because it is now marked as read), and you have other buttons to easily add emails to reminders. I use this plugin all the time, and I never forget about emails now. For 10 dollars, it's a steal!
