The developer of QuickFile and EmailNotes just announced a new tool that they will release tomorrow, June 3. The tool, SmartSchedules, will allow a user to define templates for creating a series of appointment and tasks that can be managed as a group. I would describe this as adding the ability to create work flow processes within Outlook in a manner that would be similar to a work flow process in a CRM tool. It might not be for everyone, but if it fits your needs it might be a great tool. The developer has posted a video introduction at http://www.standss.com/t/1105/smartschedules_video.asp.
