Fair market price
There will always be a small percentage of people who will steal anything they can lay hands on. By and large, most people understand that producing something costs money and time. I personally think that the way DRM is usually implemented in the content industry and the prices which the content industry tends to demand do more to premote infringement than to minimize it for the benefit of the content creators.
The majority of people are perfectly willing to pay a fair price for content. Those who are not are a minority that where going to steal the content no matter what price point it was set at. The content industry needs to develop new business models rather than proping up old ones with increasingly draconian consumer hostile tacticts.
