As far as I know, I don't have any ripped-off CDs or DVDs in my collection -- because they all have printed labels and high-quality case artwork, I know I have paid a fair price for them (for some value of "fair"). But if I roll my chair over a disk, I feel justified in making a new copy (for example by copying from a friend's disk) to put into that pretty case. I see no reason why DRM should give me less rights.
