If I understand iCloud correctly, the updates will not be done via 3G or 4G data services, but rather via WiFi (or wired, I suppose, if that's all that's available for a Mac or PC). If this isn't the case, we run the risk of maxing out our capped bandwidth and then incurring either data throttling or charges for the next block of data.

If this isn't the case, then clarifying this point would be helpful.
