A couple of years ago, after a totally unrewarding 2 hours at a job fair, I changed my approach and started to ask recruiters if they were looking for any old bald guys. At least I got a few laughs - but that was about all.

The best response I got was when one person told me that his company had already hired their quota of old bald guys.
