Try being legally blind in one eye, and not having a car as a direct result. I am constantly being told I am "not reliable", even though I am never late for work or an interview, and try to dress in accordance to the workplace's dress code even for the interview.
The problem is so widespread in my local area that the EEOC won't even attempt to prosecute employers who do it.
In another case, a personnel manager who is a black female has been the defendant in no less than nine discrimination cases (along with her employer), all of which they lost... She was caught shredding applications of whites more than once, yet her employer is unable to get rid of this massive liability simply because they know she'll play the race card to screw their company. It is clear that there is little justice for certain people in this country.
