Excellent article and well written. The topic, as D.Harris points out, may not be new but most definitely benefits from exposure for as society changes and evolves so must project managers or at least their attitudes toward managing people. We have all been taught that great managers are not the dictatorial or even the didactic-type of manager, yet that type of manager represents the great majority of managers in American business today. Sadly, I suspect that those who would benefit most from such articles are not reading them.
