Perhaps someone else can chime in with advice. Anyone with some HR experience could answer this better than I can. From what little reading I have done and what I have experienced about age discrimination, the older you get, the more difficulty you will have finding a good job. If that is indeed true, the sooner you act, the better.

I believe that if you want something badly enough and work hard enough you can usually get it.
