Come now. Surely you can't be that naive. Once you place something on someone else's server, they own it (legally or not). You either trust them not to use it against you or you don't. Supposedly even Facebook will delete your stuff for good if you call them and beg them too. I doubt if anybody really trusts that though. I might use Google+ but I'll stick to my rule 1 of the internet. Online is forever.
