By default my account was searchable, anyone can google it unless I uncheck that and other stuff. I just installed the app on my android phone and it asked me if I wanted google to upload EVERY picture I take with this phone in case I might need to post it later! I had to uncheck that too, but I'm sure others won't. So the first reason people wanted to leave FB for is actually worse on + . I don't think people will migrate in drones from FB, your whole life is there already, just new, younger, tech-oriented people (at first) will sign up for +
