Jason I made the suggestion for circles to face book a year ago but it fell on deaf ears. I was particularly interested in controlling my child's inner circle of FB friends. Considering that the web is full of perps I have tried to manage my childs privacy so they don'f fall victim to scams. FB reply was that all users must be over the age of 18 to have an account! Just browsing through user accounts you see that is not necessary true. I applaud FB for improving privacy, but it wont stop the perps on the Beiber fan page.
