Given Apple's track record of milking revenues from a particular product I highly doubt they will come out with another iPad so quickly unless revenues are dropping on the iPad2 already.
However, I am holding out for the iPhone 5 since I'm up for a new phone in August. They haven't had a recent iPhone release, so this makes more sense.

We will see...
