Have you tried out Synctoy, It is a microsoft freeware powertoy. Its a very simple syc utility that I use for small backups via usb. Mostly I use it for home users backing up files to flash drives. http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=15155


I like it when I need to migrate file shares and its small enough that i can keep the installer on a tool thumb drive.
