If you've installed the Word 2003 - 2007 converter (as most of us have by now), open your normal.dot and "save as" file type Word 2007 Macro-Enabled Template (*.dotm) and save it back to your templates store. When you upgrade Word, make sure your personal or workgroup template location is the templates store. Word should find it and use it as your template.
