Call me old fashioned but, for taking notes, I prefer netbooks over Ipad because I have a real keyboard, but for the most part I still prefer PAPER !! over netbooks or any other electronic gadget. I can't imagine scribbling notes on anything but paper. I just can't "translate" what's being said in class into a stream of coherent words without having to add arrows, underlinings and a lot of chicken scratches that make perfect sense to me and are really hard to produce on a computer.
Then for rearranging notes at a later time, I prefer the traditional computer approach, i.e., a pc or a notebook/netbook.
