I watch employed students enter the MBA program at my university who cannot enter a formula in a spreadsheet, can't use a word processor, or create anything beyond a B/W Power Point. To overcome this shortcoming, we are working with a major publisher to create a custom book to quickly teach these elementary skills. How will this type of "tech savvy" employe perform the functions of an IT professional?
