Excuse me, but by continuing to live within a jurisdiction you do in fact an in law agree to the laws of that jurisdiction.
The Bar only governs who is allowed to practice as a representitive for someone else in court. In most states, judges are actually elected officials, and do NOT have to be lawyers. The fact that they usually ARE reflects the reality that a non-lawyer would have a hard time determining the correct response in cases where the judge is required to rule on motions and objections, i.e. most of them.
You sound like on of those "Soverign Citizen" people that have been popping up lately. In case you haven't heard, that defense had been ruled a legal fiction, and the people ARE serving time for thier crimes.
