Since Android is linux and Netflix is available for it I've got to assume that whatever development needs to be done probably isn't overwhelming.

I've not tried it but I wonder if you ran Android in the SDK and installed the netflix.apk.. (search for it and you can find it outside the Android Marketplace)... that perhaps Netflix would already run on Linux ?
